  • Refrigerant in Ice Industry

 Exposure Effects Of Sulphur Dioxide

Due to it's highly irritating characteristics, SO2 at levels as low as 8-12 ppm will affect the eyes, throat, lungs and cause severe coughing. In studies, Sulfur Dioxide is shown to inhibit cell growth. At high concentrations, SO2 can be very dangerous with just a couple minutes of exposure.
